Save valuable floor space and improve material handling efficiency with a wall-mounted jib crane designed for machine loading, assembly workstations, maintenance areas and warehouse operations.
JingShi wall-mounted jib cranes are available in standard load capacities from 125 kg to 500 kg, with custom engineered solutions available for heavier loads. Depending on your application, the crane can be configured with a 2–7 m jib arm, 180° or 270° slewing range, and manual, electric or pneumatic operation.
The system can be equipped with an I-beam, KBK rail or lightweight aluminum rail, together with an electric chain hoist, pneumatic balancer or intelligent lifting device. Jib length, lifting height, control method, mounting brackets and paint finish can all be customized to suit your working conditions.
Send us your required load capacity, working radius, lifting height and installation photos to receive a preliminary configuration and quotation.

Final capacity and jib length depend on the wall or column structure, duty cycle, hoist type and required operating radius.
Many lifting tasks around machines, assembly stations and warehouse work areas are still performed manually or with equipment that occupies too much floor space. A wall-mounted jib crane provides a practical solution by using an existing wall or structural column to create a dedicated lifting area without adding a floor-mounted support.
Q: Does a wall-mounted jib crane require a concrete foundation?
A: A dedicated floor foundation is normally not required because the crane is mounted to a reinforced wall or structural steel column. However, the supporting structure, brackets and anchors must be checked to ensure that they can safely withstand the crane load and operating forces.
Q: Can it be installed on a steel column?
A: Yes. A wall-mounted jib crane can be attached to an existing structural steel column if the column has sufficient strength and stiffness. The column section, plate thickness, connection method and surrounding structure must be evaluated before installation.
Q: How do I know whether my wall or column is strong enough?
A: Provide the wall or column dimensions, material information, structural drawings and clear installation photos. The supporting structure should be verified by a qualified engineer before the crane is installed.
Q: What lifting equipment can be used?
A: The crane can be equipped with an electric chain hoist, manual chain hoist, pneumatic balancer, wire rope hoist or intelligent lifting device. The most suitable option depends on the load weight, lifting speed, positioning accuracy and operating frequency.
Q: What information is needed for a quotation?
A: Please provide the maximum load weight, required working radius, lifting height, installation location, wall or column dimensions, daily operating frequency, power supply and preferred lifting equipment. Installation photos and drawings will help us prepare a more accurate proposal.
Q: Is installation included?
A: Installation service depends on the project location and order scope. We can provide installation drawings, mounting instructions, bracket details and remote technical support. On-site installation can also be discussed for specific projects.
